Welcome to Slay Nights ("Slay Nights," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing tickets, visiting our attraction, using our website, or participating in any Slay Nights event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase tickets or enter the attraction.

1. Eligibility

Guests must comply with all posted rules and staff instructions.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend that guests under 16 attend only with adult supervision due to the intense nature of the attraction.

2. Attraction Warning

Slay Nights is an interactive haunted attraction designed to frighten and startle guests.

The attraction may include:

• Darkness
• Loud noises
• Strobe lights
• Fog and theatrical smoke
• Flashing lights
• Uneven terrain
• Tight spaces
• Confined areas
• Jump scares
• Sudden movements
• Intense audio effects
• Simulated violence
• Graphic props
• Special effects

Guests enter entirely at their own risk.

The attraction is **not recommended** for individuals with:

• Heart conditions
• Seizure disorders or epilepsy
• Respiratory conditions aggravated by fog or smoke
• Pregnancy
• Severe anxiety or panic disorders
• Mobility limitations that cannot be safely accommodated
• Sensitivity to flashing lights

If you have any medical concerns, consult your physician before attending.

3. Assumption of Risk

By entering Slay Nights, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending an immersive haunted attraction, including but not limited to::

• Being startled or frightened
• Slips, trips, or falls
• Emotional distress
• Exposure to loud sounds and visual effects
• Crowded conditions
• Outdoor weather conditions
• Any risks that are inherent to haunted attractions

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests must behave responsibly at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Touching actors
• Hitting, kicking, punching, or pushing actors
• Threatening staff or guests
• Fighting
• Running
• Smoking or vaping except in designated areas
• Possession of illegal drugs
• Excessive intoxication
• Carrying weapons of any kind
• Damaging property
• Intentionally disrupting the attraction

Guests who violate these rules may be removed immediately without refund.

5. Actor Interaction

Our actors may approach you, speak to you, and attempt to frighten you.

Unless specifically advertised as a contact attraction, our actors will not intentionally touch guests.

Guests must never touch, strike, grab, chase, or verbally abuse actors.

6. Refusal of Admission

Slay Nights reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest whose behavior creates an unsafe environment or interferes with the enjoyment of others.

No refunds will be issued for guests removed due to misconduct.

7. Tickets

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Tickets:

• Are valid only for the date and time purchased
• May not be duplicated
• May not be resold for commercial purposes without written permission
• Are subject to availability

Slay Nights reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

If an event is canceled, ticket holders may receive a rescheduled date, credit, or refund at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

8. Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

• No refunds for late arrivals
• No refunds for weather unless the event is officially canceled
• No refunds because the attraction was too frightening
• No refunds after admission

9. Photography and Video

Photography and video recording may be restricted inside the attraction.

Professional cameras, drones, lighting equipment, selfie sticks, or recording devices that interfere with operations may be prohibited.

By attending Slay Nights, you grant Slay Nights permission to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

10. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Slay Nights is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Loose items should be secured before entering the attraction.

11. Accessibility

Slay Nights strives to accommodate guests with disabilities whenever reasonably possible.

Due to the physical design of certain attractions, some experiences may have accessibility limitations.

Guests needing accommodations should contact us before their visit.

12. Weather

Certain attractions may operate outdoors.

Events may continue during rain or cold weather.

Operations may be suspended or canceled due to severe weather or safety concerns.

13. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Introduce malicious software
• Disrupt website operations
• Use automated systems to purchase tickets without authorization
• Copy website content without permission

14. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, characters, graphics, branding, videos, photographs, website content, and trademarks associated with Slay Nights are the property of Slay Nights or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slay Nights, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from attendance at the attraction or use of our website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your admission ticket.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slay Nights, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your negligent or unlawful conduct.
